I've found out later today, that this spray was done by player 'Mpower'

After finding the spray at Side hall, I sprayed over the top of it, later on, I'd noticed the spray had changed to 'Mpower' user with in the under spray.

Unfortunately, not being an Admin, we as players don't have access to this info, that's why when reporting players sprays, it becomes difficult.
I remember having this same conversation sometime ago, with another member of your Admin, It may have been you.
