They do get harder the more of a kill streak you go on though right? are the bots the same hardness level for everyone playing? or different for each player?

I've noticed the bots seem to get better and better the more kills in a row u get till they're god like aim bots once you reach about 100 kills in a row. why do they have to get better the more kills you get?
