admin Ahri how can i get a demo he leaft ?

Hi, as you can see in the Pic , Ct and T are teaming Ct took spawn and gave a gun to T and said "Shoot"
we was stuck we didn't know the doors so he shooted us..
and as i know teamplay=ban if i'm not wrong that's what some players said ...

This 12 years old Kid insulted me because i shooted him and he also voted to ban but i didn't take a screen shot cuz
i've take the insult one ... as we know shooting is alowed

I got insult by this guy just because i killed him with an awp

I report this guy because he focus on me he only push me like you can see in screen shoots,I kiled him using guns so he was mad ... when he finally can kill me (by pushing) he say "Rest free" or "Free" or "xD" or "=D" So , i've only got one screen shoot about ...

i'm free to chose what i want if i finish the map , so we were playing in deathrun_iceworld , when i finished the map i took Awp and i killed him , so he started insulting me

Look i'm muslim,He insulted me "bastard" & "Gay" i didn't do free he voteban,he spawncamped so i shooted him (he didn't kill me ) So please do something for them

when i killed them all they started doing voteban ... and they banned me from the server -.-

I don't understand German so he can insult me but you admins must ban those noobs
