Thank you for reporting this matter here.
Even if someone uses ur IGN to break rules they will get the punishment based on there SteamID and not the IGN.
So not much to worry about i think

When it happens that the admincall stay without response you can always record a Demo from the cheater and upload it here, this way when an Admin is availeble it will be watched and taken care off. It doesnt happen allot but sometimes all admins are offlin...
