I am banned and i dont know why

Hello All, i dont know why i have been banned from the server of counter strike source.
I've put my account in AFK for about 40 minutes and then someone put me as banned. I dont know why, I had to take a call that was important and i had a good score so i put it afk. Please un ban me, because i dont think it is fair.
