VIP Problem

Helloeveryone,can somebody explain me why my VIP is only for 10 minutes every day?And after 10 minutes maximum its gone.Every single day!!!!It is getting annoying

i'm not sure about that, never heard of that before.

Keep in mind VIP Status is bound to the Steam Account you registered here in forums on 4played.
When i look in your profile here, it says you haven't played on our servers for the last 30 days.
So maybe you have more than one Steam account?

i really dont know whats happening ,i play here every single day,i think somebody used my name with other steam account before.i dont know how to fix this ,i play here eveyday
