I think he was cheating, can you check his kills just before he left? Very suspicious with scout

I watched the demo. I agree with you. Last 20 seconds were very strange. All before was okay and normal.
The problem is - for me personally - the 20 seconds were to short for a perm ban.

We have to wait if he returns to the server and maybe we get some more minutes to spectate him.
