First, I would like to apologize for making three !admincalls consecutively. While I get your frustration, I somehow believe the matters I called you upon were quite sincere, and frankly justified.

The following sequence took place yesterday, 260407, and while some players act obnoxious or downright abusive over voice chat, I copied what the player in question wrote to address the seriousness in his acting.

The player, HuKoJIoB, STEAM_0:1:8543351, was having a tantrum. Ranging from "cheater", "fuck you", to "fuck your mother", "fuck your sister", "die", "die in real life" among other pleasant calls, I clearly deemed it wrong to ask you to intervene. The issue with voice chat is that it is harder to document as well. There are several other players, some of which I have recorded, throwing similar tantrums. Prompting me to have sexual intercourse with relatives, well, that is somewhat frowned upon though.

Sorry for "abusing" the admincall.

First of all, thank you for your apology. We know that you are familiar with our rules and that you respect them.

However, as admins, we must adhere to the general regulations in such cases. Therefore, the responsible admin has banned you for two days as a warning.

If no admin appears after the first admin call, it's because no one is available at that moment.

We perform this task exclusively in our free time. Nevertheless, we process the calls as soon as we have time, as was the case here.

RosenBritt was able to hear the voice chat in a demo and took action; the reported player now has a permanent gag.

Now, regarding two other players who got banned by Honey-Mom for toxic behaviour and for falsely votebanning me and RPM in October 2024:

Inspector Columbo and Derezzed.

The former often shouts quite obnoxiously whenever I join (not too bad insults, worst is on par with "<me> ass-fucking the admins / I am an ass-fucking player" and similar gibberish, this particular instance occurred 23/3 roughly 22:40 local time, which I guess is GMT+1 at that point). The latter complains about me cheating, even though I have been cleared at least maybe once or twice, whines and insults over voice chat and at least tried to voteban me once recently (7/4, roughly midnight local time, which is GMT+2).

Could always just set them on ignore, which I usually do. Then again, better expose the weed.

The case discussed above has already been resolved by "Müllgott" — as I can see. Thanks for that at this point.

You have also now been informed that repeatedly sending admincalls for the same reason does not provide any added value.
Additionally, the way the player mentioned above severely insulted you is not acceptable, and from our side, intervention was urgently required.

What is rather questionable, however, is that you are immediately reporting other players to me who are not doing anything particularly serious.
"Inspector" can sometimes be a bit "overpowered" in his language/expression, but overall it is still within acceptable limits. Did you record a demo of his statements? I no longer have any demos from March 23rd. Anything else would be purely speculative, and I cannot take action based on that.
"Derezzed" calling you a cheater is, first and foremost, his opinion — and he is generally entitled to it.
You are welcome to call an admin, and we can clarify the situation on the servers.

But what exactly do you expect me to do here now?
Also giving permanent mutes to both of them?

No, unfortunately, I don't have a record of that particular moment. I simply assumed demos were saved in accordance with the previous message.

I'll just make an admincall when extreme vulgarities are dropped the next time.
