our development also haven't any idea what could help you.
We never heard a problem like this. It doesnt make sense cause you can play on all other servers. Just this aztec server isnt running on your pc.
Maybe reformat your pc completely?

I can only add, try to delete the aztec server from favorites on css, then re-enter it. You could also try to delete the map from your steam folder, re-enter the azetc server and it will automatically download the map full.
