The Steam IDs would be very helpful in identifying the players in question. Hempiz has already been permanently muted. Regarding the other players... you can simply attach the log files here, then we can see exactly who and what you mean. And I can't stress this enough: please call an admin if you encounter serious insults, so we can identify these players and sanction them accordingly. It's also important to note that common in-game taunts like "noob" or "idiot" don't automatically lead to sanctions. It depends on the frequency and content of the messages.

I'm happy to take the time to look into everything concerning these players. Please send me the players' Steam IDs or the log files below this post.

Hello, good morning. First of all, thank you very much. I can't call the administrator because my communications are blocked. I also don't want to be a constant nuisance; I just want to enjoy the game, and I've learned to control my impulses. To be honest, these past few days have been very unpleasant being on the server because of these people, and I understand that what you did to me was right. We have to take this seriously and keep in mind that commenting or using sprays can bother others. And one question: when you're permanently blocked, do you still get in even after a very long time? I understand that these players are a thorn in your side. They are for us too, of course. That's why it's so important for us to be able to correctly identify players using their IDs (as already mentioned in my previous message).

You have the option to submit a request to have your gag lifted under /Community / Bans. However, I would recommend waiting a while first. If you then submit a request to have the gag lifted and we admins also feel remorse from you, then there's a possibility that we admins will vote internally on whether or not to ultimately lift the gag. In your case, however, I can't guarantee that we'll lift it, since you already had four time-based gags before the permanent one, meaning you've already had four chances. Let some time pass and then you can still submit the application, then we'll see how the other admins and our management view it.
