Hi, as you can see in the Pic , Ct and T are teaming Ct took spawn and gave a gun to T and said "Shoot"
we was stuck we didn't know the doors so he shooted us..
and as i know teamplay=ban if i'm not wrong that's what some players said ...

There is not much evidence for your report. It's better if you record a demo, in that case.

How can I record a demo:

1. Open the console and write record "name" (without " ").
2. Then write "status" in your Console.
3. Take a look at the player that you want to report.
