I haven´t seen this error message before, but since it says you miss a file you can try to check the integrity of game cache.

I Hope that works for you, since it has always worked for me in the case of error messages.

Thank you for your reaction. I've done exacly what you said, but still had the same problem. But It's solved now!
The problem was my inability. Mostly im such a pc noob.
