I find it incredibly frustrating and unfair that I have been on permanent mute now for months, when I see other players on your server saying much worse things doing much worse stuff, yet they are free to do as they wish and you never say a damn thing to them.

Take for example tonight, player Bart Simpson calls me an "african nigger", because I am from Africa. How is that ok? How is he allowed to continue playing on your servers, why don't you say anything to him? Thats much worse than anything I've ever done. He gives your servers, and your country a bad name. I've seen this guy swearing at everybody carrying on like a hooligan, but yet nothing will be done about it. Here's proof, go look it up if you don't believe me. This is only one example among many other players who constantly misbehave much worse in comparison to me but they are all free and nothing ever gets said to them, but I get kept an eye on and get permamuted.

I can understand your anger very well. In response to your Admincall were within a short time 2 Admins locally and ensured peace.

According to point 4.3.1 of our Terms of Use, a player must be cautioned once before setting a gag. Just as in your case.

This warning I expressed after the incident on cs_Italy:
We will continue to watch the two Simpsons.
