Could I request for a ban for the player Synx?

A very abusive player. Earlier today he was abusing the mic by playing music and he consistently is calling people fagot and other crap. People have been trying to votekick / voteban him, but unfortunately the number of votes is so high that he manages to stay on (he got 11 out of 12 votes at one time).

He is on right now and has been some time. Called an admin a while ago, but one still has to show up.

Also, what do you need to do to get admin rights, because he is really souring the mood and should have been booted off the server ages ago.

Thank you for your lines, but we need more information, for example on which server you played at what time, then we can use the log files to view the demo, as a registered player you can watch the demo at Sourcetv (https: / /www.4played.de/stv/) or in such cases do a demo yourself. To do this, enter the following in the console when you press the Escape key on your keyboard: sm_spec # and the up to four-digit ID number , but you should be there in the spec to record a demo then do this combo in the console:
record and the name of the player and enter. The console will then confirm that the demo starts. To end the demo, press the console and then just write a stop. The demo is then automatically saved in your Counterstrike folder.
Then the admins can take care of the matter.

Thanks Frings for the followup (and I've seen much worse english so don't worry). I'll see if I can practice a little with recording a demo for when something like that happens again.

I tried to spec him, but my spectator view changes to a different target if the person I'm spectating dies, but I'll see if that sm_spec command you mentioned works.
