Hi all,
I'm french (sorry for my english) and I play often on 4played servers, usually my ping is about 30 ms. Since a few days the ping is very high, about 150 ms, I don't know why.
the problem started 3 days after I became a VIP. I don't have a ping problem on all the other servers, so I don't understand. Can you help please? Thank you.

From Wednesday until last night I tried every day and the ping was still at 150 on your servers and at 30 on the others. Today It's ok. I still don't understand but it doesn't matter now I can play on my favorite servers
I still downloaded the software you offered in case the problem starts again.

Sorry, but I was too optimistic. The problem returned. And this ping problem only affects 4played servers.

Hi, have you checked everything? I say at home practically.
Mobile phones connected with wifi? Appliances? A few iPads? Backup? Try downloading this mobile application (FING), find all connected devices (wifi and rj45 -ethernet-) to your modem router.
Windows updates?
If you still encounter the problem, use system reset on windows, bring your pc back (you will see dates with a dot below) to days or months before, possibly you will have malware. Try downloading Malwarebites, try downloading ccleaner. if you don't find the solution, call your isp and see if you have any problems on the line.
If you still haven't solved the problem, pray or have the house blessed.

the problem is still not solved, in the late afternoon and early evening the ping is still at 150, I really think it is related to the passage in VIP because before I played long on your servers and I never encountered this problem before my registration VIP. On the other servers I have no problem of ping. It concern just 4played servers. Can you tell me which file . cfg has been modified for the change to VIP. thank you! I I want play like before...

This is a connection problem and not related to a VIP Account.
