I usually play on EU/DE 24/7 dust 2 server, lately past few days all the guns seem to do very little damage

M4 headshots = 80 something damage, usually around 130 damage or something normally
Deagle headshots were doing 5 damage for me
tried some other guns, only AUG was also low damage, only 5 damage body/chest shots

maybe my ping? i usually have around 140 ping, but doesnt seem laggy to me

it is not possible for such a thing to happen, just as it is not possible for you to hit your opponent in the same places.
the only reason a weapon can affect speed or damage in any way is to change the settings in the console. (cl_interp or cl_interp_ratio or rate.) no one can change damage intensity.
ping can also affect.
