Am I right in understanding that 'Banned Players can still Play' because unregistered Players not on 4Played.de have access to play on the servers.

I say this because several players in Office only have said recently banned players are still joining. Ty

if we ban someone will just ban his SteamID. I don't care if the player is registered or not ...

--> No! If someone got banned there is no chance to join back with the banned account.
"Several players" made some jokes with you.
