There was a guy mic spamming

Hey, just wanted to inform that there was a guy called CoreX with "El risitas" meme spamming on the mic, also i attached the demo

unfortunately sometimes there are no administrators online, however, we will acknowledge your report and if it occurs again, "always use admincall", we will do our job regardless of when it happens. whether or not there will be online administrators.
I can suggest you to use console commands to mute other players in this "annoying" case.
(voice_enable 1) is normal ( voice_enable 0) for mute.
