Good evening admins,
Story short: yesterday on dust2 DM server, for atleast one hour, there was player who used aimbot. Several times I did admincall commands by typing (admincall <aimbot>) then choosing hacking player and got no response. Many players tried do voteban him, but 2-3 votes been missing. My question is how this command working? Do admin need to be online in STEAM, game itself or here in forum to see ,,admincall'' messages? Does using command several times from one or few players makes any diffrence to attracting admins attention? Maybe some admins just ignoring some players, just guessing?

Thanks for helping against cheaters. When it happens that the admincall stay without response you can always record a Demo from the cheater and upload it here, this way when an Admin is availeble it will be watched and taken care off.

It doesnt happen allot but sometimes all admins are offline, thats why there was no response. Admincalls always get checked + we keep an eye on loggs over all servers so it would not be ignored
