player use hack

hello, there is a player, who I think is using tricks, he always shoots in the head, he knows where you are and with the Desert Eagle pistol he will shoot faster than normal, with awp he shoots without aiming with his sights. The player is called The Delusion, we played together on 11/10/2022 between approximately 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. spain time, admincall did not respond at that time. Thank you
