Bypassing afk system/blocking awp

Hello, is this really normal? They both have awp every day for an hour straight without playing. Is it possible to do anything more than just kick them?

hi, yes of course something can be done. just make a call with admincall. the administrator on duty do what he has to. otherwise, votekick. We will strive to ensure fair play for all.

I called admin but I understand that he can't be online 24/7 and solve these problems. More people are needed for votekick but since it suits the other side it is not realistic to get the player off the server via votekick. It would have been enough to check the logfiles, it didn't only bother me but also others who tried to "ban" him
