Do you realize you can mute player ? It will mute text in chat from that player alongside voice.

While playing on a server press ESC, it will bring up the game menu, there is an option "player list".
Click on this and a window with all players on the server will pop up, there you can highlight a certain player and at the bottom of that window is a button to mute him.

i cant find that option and now im gagged for answering when it tells me im not laughing anymore... :S
