Using other people nickname

Hello,
I haven't played so often lately and seems that some of my "friends" are using my nickname (KT) and as well the other player Elias, calling him (botliller)
He knows me well, as he always calls me cheater or hacker when I play.
As far as I know there is a rule about this, no?
