I don't know what happened , but I think nobody is able to connect anymore.

Yes, we know that 
(Valve has surprisingly released an update for CSS after more than a year, therefore all public servers now need to be updated.)
The 4played game servers may be updated by this evening, however I have not yet received confirmation from our server admin.
