I think that, at this point, the player didn't cheat.
To me, some clips from the other demos also looked very suspicious. All in all - I have to say that, when in doubt, I must always decide in favor of the accused. The potential “wallhack scenes” are also not sufficient to outweigh the overall evidence. There were only around 6–8 such scenes across all 4 demos.

Therefore, the player will remain unbanned for now.
