Please have a look at the demo. The aim is far from being on the target when he kills his opponetnts.

He was not aimed on the people he killed, the cross-hair was not on them....??
It may be a but in CSS also but it happened on several occasion.
His kdr yesterday was way higher then usually - a very quick improvement?

I did not state 100 % he's cheating but looked suspicious.

This is normally in the Spectator-View. I also dont think that he is cheating (al least on the demo).
