Banned without reason

Ive been playing on your servers under the name "Roger" for atleast a year now and i was just banned without a reason. i can't find any reason for the ban and just because i killed one guy in t spawn 2 times in a row with the awp on Dust2 he called me out on aimbotting. I have never cheated at all.

Atleast give me a reason, if anyone could have specced me they would see that i definitely do not cheat. After playing 1600 hours of cs:s i might be faster then average but i am by no means "pro". If you tell a cheater from anyone who isn't cheating and dont provide proof then how can you have the power to bann someone?

If this was a "votebann" i expect to atleast see for how far the people who didn't want me in there banned me for...

I am also pretty sure if we have anyone more experienced player i've played with on the server that recognize my nick in game "Roger" they can confirm this too

I don't know how to get the demo up, but if you are talking about the last shot i made before i was banned which i also missed. the terrorist was premium and threw a grenade, that leaves a red line after the nade and just by seeing where the nade came from it was quite easy to say that he was on catwalk when i was behind dubble doors from ct spawn. But please help me understand how to get the demo to play.
