A possible impossible cheat

Today I was thinking about have good fun to playing in one of your servers, and I've got ban for "sv_cheats 1"?!?!? How it possible? Yesterday someone must be logged to my account illegal and this person was cheating that it can be possible able to use a command, what could we name this horrible thing? I don't know why that happened and when and how it was possible... I'm really sorry but if you get right about my steam ID: STEAM_0:0:448678198 and my nickname or account with nickname,then I want to tell you, that someone hacked my account, because I was proofing the Steam Support that this account is mine and someone went to my account. What can we do with this ban? I need your help because I don't know why I've got in my account cheating on this server for using a simple for playing with bots a command like sv_cheats 1? This can't be true that I was using this thing before and I never cheating in this server because it's useless and this thing happened yesterday, what I saw in list of players banned.
If we can do it,than we can negotiate about this problem that I can't understand when it happened?
