Some administrator can´t even see

He has cut off my conversations, they say, for insulting me. I have not insulted, I have simply posted a few words in Spanish. Can a sensible administrator not block me whenever he feels like it? Because this is the second time and I repeat, I have not insulted. If it is because I have called a colleague a "bastard", it is because it is a way of speaking. I don't know if it is because of that, but he is a game partner, NOT a place to ban my conversations. I would love to know who the administrator is and for him to talk to me and tell me what I have done wrong. Thanks.
