FRANK (Nor) always afk

Hi,
There is a player "Frank (NOR)" who joins servers, joins one of the teams and goes AFK. He is AFK most of the time. He was asked several times not to do it but he keeps doing it. He is switched to spec automatically (when not killed) and then he rejoins the team to remain AFK. It is very frustrating because a bot at least can be taken over or can be called on but he is just stays in the spawn being AFK. When we have enough player it might be possible to kick him; we often have to call for Admin. It has been an ongoing issue for months. The players score is low not because he would be a bad player but because more than half of the time he is AFK.
I wonder if he could be warned officially and if does not change his behaviour ban for some limited time. His behaviour is detrimental for others gaming, having fun. (Dust2 only, Office only)

I agree 1000%.
He join the server and stay afk but he's not really afk trust me, I've noticed he move a bit his mouse to stay connected.
He does it everyday just to annoy other players for longtimes.
Look at his stats and you will understand.
Before, it was often insults or racism from him but now he's gagged.
