Hello Marach, I think the penalty is excessive. I know that speaking any language other than English or German is prohibited on the server, but I have to say that the incident occurred late at night when we were Spanish-speaking friends and were "alone" on the server. I am a regular user of the server, I have very good conduct, and all the other users appreciate me very much.

It was your 4th disrespect action against our rules.
It doesn’t matter at which time you are playing. The rules have to be accepted at each time.
If you guys wanna talk in Spanish - why you didn’t enter on a team speak server ?

You didn’t learn anything from your last gags. That’s why we won’t unban your gag.

I Agree with Honey-Mom,

there where so many times you guys have been warned and told about our server rules.

We need players to talk english or german to be able go keep an eye on the conversation and that players respect each other. In a foreign language it’s not possible for us…

So sadly your gag will have to stay permanently

I agree with everything except for the idea that it's permanent. It doesn't make much sense. If it were a serious offense, it would be understandable, but for this kind of offense, 10, 20, or even a month is more than enough. Imagine how many people you'd have to ban permanently for this reason and other really serious things. In the end, you inconsiderately punish the most frequent users. Please reconsider.

Well, you have to keep in mind you don't get a permanent gag after one time...it gets longer and longer with each breaking the rules, and it takes something to earn a perm gag.
Even a gag is not the first step, usually you get an ingame hint/warning at first, then a 2nd warning, a kick with a warning....
and then the gag starts with short time.

Maybe you shouldn't have ignored all the stuff before the perm gag.
See it from admins side...for them it feels you have a "i don't give a f%$§" attitude...

I'm not sure if the admins will show mercy here once more, so you get a last chance to proove you will respect the rules from now on....

Imagine that in 99% of cases, we don’t even have to go as far as we did with you. Most players learn after the first or second ban. In your opinion, should we just keep giving you endless warnings, or how exactly do you imagine this working?

Your gag will remain in place for now so that there can be a learning effect for you as well. After some time, we can talk about lifting the gag, but right now it’s still too early for that.
