My point is again, you do the same mistake in your answer here. You are calling it "suspicious activity", when there is literally NOTHING suspicious, its complete normal gameplay.

Furthermore this Demo ironically is the opposite of "suspicious activity", it shows a clean player who misses 100s of situations because he is just running into enemies without knowing and zero pre-aiming or crosshair adjustment.

If it is true and you have evidence, then make it available. It doesn't make sense for such a player to even start cheating all of the sudden.
Again I ve to emphasize, these demo are literally showing a player without wallhack.
If you watched this guy for many hours and this is the only evidence you got where you show a clean player.........he should be instantly unbanned guys.

I also reviewed the 1st Demo where he got banned, its the same case lol, there is just normal gameplay.
I am a bit worried about your guys judgement.

And its funny there is just 1 situation in this entire demo where its pretty normal that the crosshair coinsidentally was on the enemy for that milisecond out of so many situations lol, come on.
If it was at least 3+ such situations but no.

Honestly I ve been playing this game for more than a decade on a high level. I can usually instantly tell if someone is cheating or if its at least strange and suspicious, but in this case i am 100% sure he is clean, there is not even a doubt, any lucky kill or strange aim through any walls or whatever lol.

Please dont close this topic, why close it? He is a good player with 9000+ hours and doesn't deserve this disrespectful treatment and judgement guys.

I think I stayed respectful and I appreciate the work.

Sometimes it can be very important to hear an "outside opinion", unless you don't wonna hear or listen to it.

I can imagine, if you do this job for many years and you see so many hackers / cheaters every day, that the "perception" of the game can slowly shift rather to the negative, than the positive.

I am not here to trigger you, I am just here for justice and fairness.
I just see it so clear and obvious, no disrespect but yea we have to protect good and decent players and not punish or question them, unless there is really a doubt and clear evidence.

Yea of course you can decide who plays there and who not, but this should be an objective decision based on facts...........and the facts which are presented here, are 100% speaking for the players innocence.

I think you know the saying "In dubio pro reo", even though there aren't even really doubts with this "evidence".

Ok now I will be quiet and not push this any further. Like I said I like the Servers and admire the work of the admins.
But I also think its ok to do mistakes and correct them.

If you think all the admins are wrong, well, it's your right to do so.
But you can keep going with this...they won't change anything.
Your're a player, not an admin.
It's not the players decision who gets banned and who not. It's the adminteam who does this.
If you think you can do better as they do, there is a simple solution: become an admin. You're free to send your application for it. Then you can be part of the decision making.

I dont mean to diss the admins. Really my only intention is 100% fairness and justice.
I know the Admins dont have a bad intention.
It is not about an ego here or who can do the job better, I only judge objectively by the facts and try to help out when I see a mistake...........

Anyway to get back to the "evidence" in that 1 demo at 0:52, because so far thats the only thing I read here.
And I just checked it very focussed, he literally saw the enemies foot + shadow first and after that he was shooting on it, so even in that 1 situation, you guys are wrong and its misjudgement.
If you really ban a guy with 9000h+ who is really nice and explaining here, I think such mistakes shouldn't happen and all of you Admins agreed on that 1 situation that its clear wallhack, when it's clearly not, as you will see in the video attached.

I use my brain, i use my radar, when my teammates see opponent i see them on my radar it's logic ...
And when players doing exactly the same moves every round it's easy to anticipate and preshot..

Yeah I mean the only evidence you guys showed here, was this 1 situation, which is literally the proof that he is not cheating, as I showed in the video lol.
So even that 1 situation got cleared.
If he was really wallhacking, there would be plenty of evidence, but here is not even 1 doubt, further more there are 100s of situations where it is obvious that he was surprised and didn't know shit and his reaction shows right on the spots.

You really have to look more in the detail and more careful. I think the big missjudgement is because he is always angling himself before running around the corner, because he plays this map since more than a decade. But even there you can clearly see he is reacting so often way too late, because of the human reaction...........but if he would really look through the walls many of these situations would play out way different.

It's a bit strange he isn't unbanned, not gonna lie. This guy has like 100% clear profile, you can see his experience, his movement makes sense and like I said there is not 1 situation which looks even slightly suspicious, I just don't get it lol.
Everything looks 100% legit.

Natürlich! Es kann nur eine Demo hochgeladen werden. Zum Zeitpunkt des Bans hatten wir mehrere Demos zum Vergleich, aber leider das nicht optimalste Exemplar genutzt. Deshalb waren sich zum Zeitpunkt des Bans alle einig. Ich verstehe nicht, was hier darüber Diskutiert werden muss. Killaazz wurde über einen langen Zeitraum beobachtet, um auszuschliessen, dass wir falsch liegen.
Es gab während der Beobachtung mehrere sehr skurile Situationen, die nicht anders als mit einem Cheat zu erklären waren.

Was mich aber am meisten überrascht... Der Ban liegt schon ein paar wenige Monate zurück. Warum kommt jetzt erst eine Meldung?

Und EzZz aka Finigan the Fox aka..... Wie lange haben wir bans verhängt und dennoch hinterher darüber gesprochen? Es ging irgendwann nur noch ums Prinzip und den Spieler. Wir haben aber hinterher gesprochen.

Hier in diesem Fall haben wir gefühlt Stunden beobachtet und eine Entscheidung getroffen. Und diese haben wir nicht nur auf Grundlage dieser einen Demo getroffen.

Wenn ich jetzt meine Spielzeit mit der von Killaazz vergleiche, hat er definitiv mehr Spielerfahrung. Ich habe auch meine Entwicklung beobachtet, wie sich diese verändert hat, seit dem ich wieder CS:S spiele. Ich glaube das Killaazz ein guter Spieler ist, aber viele Situationen waren einfach unerklärlich und hatten nichts mit Erfahrung oder einer daraus resultierenden Erwartung, wo sich Spieler aufhalten, zu tun. Auch die Schussgenauigkeit ist von Können und dem Equipment abhängig oder den Einstellungen.

Kurz gesagt... Die Entscheidung viel durch mehrere Demos, Beobachtungen, was uns viel Zeit gekostet hat. Diese eine Demo war zu dem Zeitpunkt nur eine von vielen. Die Entscheidung stand fest.

Ich finde, dass wir einen großen Fehler machen würden, wenn wir uns auf der Grundlage umentscheiden würden.

That's why everyone agreed at the time of the ban. I don't understand what there is to discuss here. Killaazz was observed for a long period to rule out the possibility that we were wrong.
During the observation, there were several very bizarre situations that could only be explained by cheating.

But what surprises me most... The ban was issued a few months ago. Why is a report only coming now?

And EzZz aka Finigan the Fox aka..... How many times have we issued bans and still discussed them afterward? At some point, it was only about the principle and the player. But we did discuss it afterward.

In this case, we spent what felt like hours observing and made a decision. And we didn't just base it on this one demo.

If I compare my playing time with Killaazz's, he definitely has more experience. I've also observed my own development and how it has changed since I started playing CS:S again. I believe Killaazz is a good player, but many situations were simply inexplicable and had nothing to do with experience or the resulting expectation of where players would be. Accuracy is also dependent on skill, equipment, and settings.

In short... The decision was made based on multiple demos and observations, which cost us a lot of time. This one demo was just one of many at the time. The decision was final.

I think we would be making a big mistake if we changed our minds based on this.
