Ban Appeal - "Cheats Aimbot"

Good evening,
I was recently banned from the NoSniper DM server for apparently "aimbotting".
This was not the case, and I have attached two screen recordings proving so, one from Steam Game Recording, and the other from OBS. If these are not enough, let me know how else I can prove myself and I'll do the best of my abilities.

Unfortunately the OBS recording is unusable because of Encoding overloaded, but at least you get audio.
As for the person who reported me, they have a reputation of falsely accusing people of cheating, such as seen here.

A perfect example of the demo issue is at 2:20 in the second video linked here. Play it at 0.25x speed and you'll see that on the demo even though the enemy was 2-3 heads away when I hit a headshot, on my POV (aka, what actually happened ingame) he was directly on my crosshair.
