Server Probleme

sorry i breaking the conversation with some english, but i had the same problem tonight with the people who disappear (it was the first time it arrived to me, today at 9:23 pm on Dust2 Unlimited DM server you can see it on how i was confused in the logfiles lol), in real time Neo (it only happened with him that's why) was in front of me on my screen but what was my surprise when i shooted but wasn't able to give him damage, so i checked the demo from this time because that was weird to me and in fact the guy was already in another area while i was shooting nothing in real time ?? so it's like i shooting the ground or the wall..... at that moment i thought i was the problem, but my internet connexion was good and my latence and lerp was good too.
in the short moment i played, i saw the whole CT team (because i was T) became like translucent (it disapeared like 5min after for that problem) and with Neo i wasn't able to see him at all at the moment he log on, after that i was seeing him and he disapeared 2 times, and to finish i was shooting on him but couldn't manage to give him any damage like he was already in another area

Thank you for the report, we'll look into it. Please let us know if there are any further disruptions, and provide both the server and the approximate time. That will help us narrow down the problem.

Danke für die Meldung, wir schauen uns das mal an. Bitte teilt uns mit, falls es zu weiteren Störungen kommt, und nennt sowohl den Server als auch die ungefähre Uhrzeit. Dann können wir das Problem besser eingrenzen.

many lags on DUST2 DM, sometimes players are translucent/invisible
you can see in logfiles that many players got issues throught the days and the last one was today at 2:43 am (actually all players who was online was lagging at that moment and that's why we disconnected)

Your demos are really short and therefore not particularly meaningful.

What I did notice in the "Admin_2" demo, however, is that while you were unable to attack the first bot, you were able to attack all subsequent players.

That’s why I assume the bot had just rejoined the game and was therefore temporarily not attackable for a few seconds. However, I’m not aware of anything indicating an issue on our servers. All systems are running properly.
