I can't see my rank in CS Source office extended map which i'm playing. is my rank and other data deleted ?

Sometimes it just takes a while to "load"...but while we're at that....why cant you reset your rank? thats DEFINITELY not working....my rank ist super old and ruined by my early years and i cant restart the damn thing....appreciate help....thx
