I called for Admin last night also and Frank was slapped few time. I am not sure he even noticed if he was real AFK as he was killed also.
If he was kicked or banned for a very limited time with the reason communicated, he would learn possibly.

Please have a look at the demos I made. He does not have too good skills or aim as you can see. Yet he miraculously kills everyone with headshot when they step out of the cover of walls or crates. He knows where they are and where they will be.

I do not know what kind of selection process you have for admins but it seems to be failing.

Joker is an admin yet he is always joining the stronger team.

In the meantime if he is on the receiving end (losing) - he starts moaning or kick people (or switch to spec).

The team balance is an absolute annoying piece of shit. (Excuse me for being honest.)
Counting players does not make balanced teams. Everyone knows it... and those who play on Dust or Dust 2 thye can see it for themselves.

It puts you to the team with less human players even if they are the ones ...
